About Exchange Program

Information for the exchange program

Doshisha University accepts exchange students from the partner institutions.
If you are interested in coming to Doshisha University as an exchange student, please ask the International Center at your home institution if your institution has a student exchange agreement with Doshisha University.

Exchange students belong to the "Center for Global Education and Japanese Studies".
Students of the Center for Global Education and Japanese Studies are required to select either the Global Education Module (GEM) or the Japanese Language and Culture Module (Nichibun) and take courses mainly offered by the module of their choice.
The Global Education Module (GEM) offers courses on Japanese culture, society, and nature in English, while the Japanese Language and Culture Module (Nichibun) offers courses on the Japanese language and culture mainly in Japanese.
 
(Depending on contents of the agreement, an Institution and period of the exchange program are different, please ask details about the program at Intenrational Center at your home university.)
